I have an 03 Lightning catch code NLP2 on my PCM
Question which strategy do I use? Can not find it in the EEC Master Hardware List. Should I use the OMAE2?

correct
you have to use the ek02 cal as well, copy over your vin and pats and plug in your actual tire size and rear gear ratio
