Definity Struggling a bit, a 30 second task is taking me an hour.
Car seems much smoother and idle vacuum went from 10 to 12.

Re: Lots of changes and same problems hahah
Your mil is on and your cam sensor is not syncing. That's why your injector timing isn't cooperating.
The throttle stop is a touch too far closed, go ahead and open it about 1/8th of a turn to give her a touch more air to idle properly. That's causing spark to go to MBT at idle and on decel just to prevent a hard stall giving you no torque reserve.
This should make her a ton happier. Looks like your o2 is getting saturated as well, seems to be switching well past stoich. Make sure your not burning any oil.
Load this in and shoot back another step 1.

mil turned on when I loaded the tune. I bet I haven't seen that thing lit in 15 years, Will look into it. Idle screw in 1/8 turn. Tip in is pig rich

Your o2 sensors are cross scavenging, at 212 sec in the log both hego's split opposite directions. I disabled hego 2 should be all good now.
How is your canister purge hooked up ? Your idle fuel is swinging 60%. Something is majorly causing some inconsistencies, I'm thinking it may just be the o2's swapping back and forth between control of bank. Wouldn't hurt to make sure your fuel pressure is stable and your fuel pressure regulator diaphragm isn't ruptured by checking the vac line.
All this is rather useless though until you get your cam sensor fixed. Without going in to sequential fire your fueling is going to be inconsistent.
This should at least make it easier for you to get it situated.
Also, might as well get the wideband 5v output wired in to the egr input so tunerpro automatically logs it and populates your fuel error.

Tuner pro have any kind of OBD diagnostic? I remembered I never hooked up the OND2 port when I wired in the SC ECU. I never had a check engine light so never bothered. If I have a cam sensor issue shouldn’t it crank several rotations then fire. I notice no change in starting.

Re: Lots of changes and same problems hahah
no it doesnt
there is no obd2 with the sc ecu, gotta do the old paper clip counting flashes
no, cranking isnt sequential its batch, its pose to switch to sequential once it runs up but yours cant find cyl 1 sync
youll see red sync fail on the dash while logging

FPR vacuum line dry, 42psi steady.
Replaced cam sensor with known OEM 30k mile unit. No MIL with BE but MIL with TunerPro, Will need to check wiring.
Will need to wire in WB to EGR, never had to do that before.
Purge is intact and hoses are solid with no leaks. Plumbed into PVC system like OEM but I do have a aftermarket PCV M/E Wagner.
Way back in the EEC Tuner days I would see my narrow bands make one bank go lean and the other rich till she would barley run. Ran OL at idle for ever, headers and exhaust never changed so no idea if it the Mac Pro Chamber.
Tip in is still rich at fast rates and lean at slow tps rates.

Re: Lots of changes and same problems hahah
Its always best to start the log before you start the engine so its all captured and you can see how the engine is trending.
This should have her about as good as she gets for now. Definitely need to get the wideband plumbed in to see whats going on transient wise and for wot. The cam needs to sync in order to get the fueling more consistent. Let me know what the codes are she's throwing and shoot back a vehicle info sheet when you can.

WB LC-1 wired in and configured 5V - 1.523
0V- - .500
scoped cam signal at ECU and it looked great with low noise. Pulled #1 plug on compression and confirmed TDC matches TDC on dampener. Mover ATDC to the mark I made going off the OEM dampener and checked alignment and the tool fell right on. Now no MIL, will keep and eye on this
I’m using an old netbook and it seems to struggle with tuner pro. It crashes sometimes after saving a datalog, will need to look into upgrading.

Re: Lots of changes and same problems hahah
For the amount of power your engine is making (42% more than stock n/a per cylinder) it sure does not want anywhere near the amount of transient fuel most engine would that are making ~33hp per cylinder.
Odd, in any case I cut it back significantly. Hopefully it tames it a bit.
The cam is still not syncing, the red sync_fail on the dashboard is to let you know its batch firing. It won't set a fault or a check engine light for the cam not syncing only if the cam sensor fails.
Are you sure the engine is at 26 degrees and the inverted U is at the middle of the tang on the cam sensor ?
In any case you can't begin tuning it until you get the cam sync'd otherwise your fueling is going to be inconsistent.
