Perload - Is it clipped at 2.0?
Calculated Perload seems to clip at 2. Can a larger perload be calculated? PRLDSW = 0

Re: Perload - Is it clipped at 2.0?
I'm using Perload as the input variable for a custom manifold pressure gauge on the TP dashboard.
Formula is psig = ((perload X 29.92) - 29.92) X 0.49115).
I'm at sealevel so the formula works fine using fixed constant baro up to 2X ambient sea level pressure. I can display up to 14.7 psig (which is my max boost) before perload pegs 2.0.
Wanted to add some boost, but seems I need to take a different approach rather than use perload for pressure greater than 14.7 psig. Thoughts?

is that what i already have in there ?
its just an info gauge i made as a relative reference its not intended to be a boost gauge

I didn't see anything existing, which is why I went ahead and made it custom. Its fine either way, I have a mechanical gauge pod so I don't rely on the TP dashboard for true manifold pressure, just a nice to have display of gross psi with no decimal precision (low accuracy is fine) during data review.
