Before I become premium member, I wanted to get a head start on getting the QH installed on my new to me 04 Mach1 which currently has a SCT tune. I loaded the latest XDF and ADX file into the Tuner Pro RT read and stored the SCT tune as a bin file.
Next I returned the pcm back to the stock tune via the handheld SCT read and stored it as a bin file

I made the changes in the stock tune file via Tuner pros so I can start the car and begin tunning. But have a no start...

Now for my issue key on theft light flashes no start...
But! I can load the tune file I saved from the SCT into the QH and it starts.
Not sure why this is..

Like I said before getting the premium membership I would like to work out all the Issues first..

So, here's the thing. For the hell of it I just loaded an a the amz1 cobra bin into my pcm just to see if it would work and it did the theft light proved out and the car cranks... Humm
What r your thoughts?

sounds like your stock tune read didnt read correctly

none of that matters though since none of that is useful anynore after its tuned properly

Before you can start to tune my Mach1 I'm trying to set up data logging and getting logging all the pids but not all pids can be read for example ect tp do not read and some others pids, it only makes sense to have all this data up and running before you can do my tuning, not sure why I cannot get all the data to read correctly. Can you help me with this.

I’d guess that your sct bin file is not compatible with the xdf file.

Use the stock bin, not the sct bin.

Just guessing.

tunerpro setup is on the homepage

Ok so my 04 Mach1 5 speed tear tag# on my pcm is TMX2
How do I get my stock file or read out file to get converted to use with fbgi0?

Thats an fbfg2 file you can use that older xdf if you desire.

Otherwise ill have to convert it.

So, I was able to readout the SCT tune file in the PCM, car runs ok, but when coming to a stop in neutral from any speed the idle hangs high for about 4 or 5 seconds then goes into a lean surge before the idle stabilize.
My question what parameters do I change to correct this?
