Here’s what is happening:
Regardless, whether I am at a dead stop or rolling mph, if I immediately stab the throttle to the floor, the live data logging dashboard screen freezes.
If I roll into the throttle without any quick input, the live data logging dashboard does not freeze and will remain logging. However, again if I immediately stab the gas, live data logging dashboard will freeze.
I will then have to go back to the TunerPro RT main app window and “stop” the log, save it, and click “record” again, and it will start live data logging again without an issues.
Anyone have any input or remedies?
It’s making it rather difficult to get Decipha any WOT data.

Sounds to me like the engine block ground is a problem or something odd like that. something that's moving under the torque or the engine rocking.

that usually happens from EMI
make sure the ecu is grounded well and that you have a bead on the usb cable. Make sure you use the gold usb cables that came with the QH and not a cheap rinky dink cable.

So, my issue seemed to be related to a very old laptop that I've been using for ages now. Today, I bought a brand-new laptop from Best Buy. I drove the vehicle and did a quick hit in 2nd WOT stab, EUREKA! TunerPro live data logging dashboard does not freeze anymore! I also noticed that with this new laptop, the USB port is firmly secure when I plugged in the gold usb cable. Not to mention that this new laptop is a EXTREMELY fast computer to the previous one I was just using.
My older laptop that was about 15 years old, was apparently just outdated. So, I'm really happy that I was finally able to get a step 2 log out to Decipha! Pumped for the next revision and feedback!
