XTD2 with tunerpro and f3

Hi, I'm new to eec tuning so I apologize if this is a dumb question but I was wondering if it's possible to tune an XTD2 with tunerpro and an F3 chip. I know the preferred method is to use a j2534 or quarterhorse but j2534 cannot flash a tune onto a 96 or 97 xtd2 correct? Because you can't get a QH anymore I had another thought, with the stock tune bin could you theoretically alter it with tuner pro and burn the tune to an f3 chip? At the moment I'm only trying to delete egr, evap, and auto trans functions from the stock tune, no alterations to anything important. Any insight on this is much appreciated.
