Yes, its been up about 2 1/2 weeks now. These are some older QHs that were sent in and have been repaired. Still no new QHs with the whole xilinx problems still. But there is some work being done on some new devices so stay 'tuned' for 2025.

NO, it is not fake and its not a scam and definitely not phishing.
In fact the SSL for the site should be up in the next couple days.
Right now Moates is just trying to get back going with a "soft start". Definitely dont need to be putting any doubts out there about any of it.
