Your complaints are not TPRT related, but the result of how the xdf definition was built. It'd be wise to stop biting the hand that fed you and read the writeups that explain how to use the free xdf.
3 different unit conversions point to the same data, use the units you're familiar with. Multiple units can be done in BE definitions as well.

Re: Need strategy file AHAC2
I'm sure I came off as a jackwagon and didn't mean to as I let my frustration over this stuff get to me, I apologize to you AND Decipha, but that's the whole point, I don't understand the XDF definitions, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the way things are, maybe I'm missing the whole boat?? I read the part on getting started, I have read all the writeups under the table of contents are these the ones you're talking about? Do the write ups explain why stuff is in 2 different sections? Why the names are different than in any other software that I have used ( SCT,BE,HP tuners,Diablo), Etc.? I'm just trying to learn but that to me makes it more difficult, maybe I have missed a lot of information that's on the site, example: you just told me that the maf transfer is in different conversions in the same .Bin XDF or whatever it is that causes it, where is that information stated on the site so I can read it? Again, just trying to learn and NOT offend anybody!! but I can't find the information to make it clear, there's a good chance I'm just too old and dumb! :)

I've not needed to use one of Decipha's definitions, so I'm not going to comment on all the specific details.
Far as I know, this is the info needed for tuning with Decipha's definitons.

Naming and layout is up to the author. At the risk of breaking the xdf you could change the names and layout to suit yourself.
The author of the xdf decides which units and how many units are displayed to the user. If you look at the bin address targeted by each of the different units, it will be the same bin address. Multiple units in BE works the same and you won't find that written anywhere for BE either.

correct the xdf layout is up to the developer, i don't use any tree view I always control F and type in what I'm looking for specifically.
When I put these xdf's together I had no layout in mind it was just putting the pertinent info there. To go through and make them all organized and such would be take a significant amount of time for really no benefit. Theres a list view in tunerpro you can view the parameters in order thats typically how I leave it when im doing something as parameters are usually grouped together code wise.
