CVAF1 on 2000 GT fan activation

Unread post by israelvzla »

Hi guys, I have a little problem with a 2000 GT wich had RVAFA and I've flashed a CVAF1 stock bin file, don't remember exactly wich one, I've tested several bins with the same result, when I turn on the A/C cooling fan goes off, then when I turn off A/C cooling fan turn on, even on warm up, I'm getting use to tune with TunerPro but as you can read I am not very skilled yet, I see some options regarding to inverted fan output but I'm not very sure.

The AC_RLY_IS_NC scalar is usually set to 0 for 2001 GTs.

The 99-00 GTs usually have it set to 1. This will cause the a/c clutch to engage backwards from when the a/c is turned on and off.

If the a/c is off and the compressor is on it could eventually build up enough pressure to pop up the safety valve for the refrigerant line. Definitely need to check that out. You can verify by making sure the a/c compressor only engages when you turn the a/c on and disengages when you turn the ac off.

Fan pins should all be the same for 99-01 GTs.

Give this a read out, its outdated but has pertinent stuff.
