So far, I've been datalogging mainly with SCT livelink, which has 2 analog inputs. I understand how to log an analog 5v input on the EGR pin through TPRT, but I'd really like to log 3 sensors if it's at all possible, so I can see AFR, Fuel pressure and MAP. Is there a device that would interface with TunerPro and add analog inputs, or is there a standalone data logger that would read OBD PIDs and take 3 analog inputs?
I have been looking at a Bankspower Datamonster, but they have absurdly priced analog sensors, and the guy I talked to in sales quoted me $1400 for the 3 sensors, cables and the DataMonster.
any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly apprectiated!
Paul

Re: data logging additional sensors
After thinking about it, I'm wondering if I could get almost the same information by adding a FRPS to log Delta P over the injectors. With the Whipple, the boost curve shouldn't change so I don't really need to log it every time.
Has anyone used a factory rail sensor from a returnless car on an analog channel? What's the voltage-pressure function look like? And what's the wiring configuration on the connector?
I'd be grateful for any help,
Paul

That device is a moates superlogger.
Yes returnless EEC-V has a FRPS input to do just that and log fyel rail pressure. The additional benefit is that if your fuel system cant keep up it will compensate for the pres drop and prevent you from leaning out.
You can use an 03/04 v8 mustang automatic ecu to keep the fan controls.
what vehicle do you have? Year make model engine and mods? Assuming the 98 in your profile you should be good. Tach or speedo may not work though.

Re: data logging additional sensors
Thanks! That data sheet is exactly what I was looking for. The super logger sounds pretty awesome also, if I ever stumble across one, but probably the FRPS and live link will do everything I need it to
