E4OD Calibration Constants

A1C calibration can be modified and configured to operate all EFI-SD4x ECUs in 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder and 8 cylinder configurations.

Scalars have address now. Need to add sheets for tables and functions as well as work out the types and equations. I am thinking adding a sheet with names to equations so we can easily port other strats.
