Hello, I am looking to get a 04 Lightning they said has a bad PCM (won't stay running)
My question is will a EK01 or EK02 work if I tune it with my QH? I have both of the pcm in my stock.

It will work, however it won't run your intercooler pump. I have an 04 lightning and put in the same ECU you listed and there is something different in the pinout where it won't run the pump. I just wired my pump to run fulltime but I'm sure it's easy enough to make it work like factory. Also if you ever want to get rid of one of those ECU's let me know.
