MAF and injector ECU limits

Unread post by SOAB_465 »

I've been chatting with some people on modular fords forum, about why my blower isn't making boost at low RPM, and they seem pretty concerned I'm going to need a standalone ECU when I hit the 64lb/hr MAF limit.

I'm confident the BAI1 in my car can do everything I need it to with the QH on it, but I'm unclear if I'll need to scale all the SP*** items in the xdf.

Does CRAI8 have decipha defenitions mentioned in the fuel write up built into it? I have the k-constant at 30 and real world values in SARCHG, injector slopes, MAF xfer etc. Will I need to scale all of them if I go to a SCT2800 MAF and 60lb injectors?

Thanks for your help,

Paul

as long as the k constant is set to 30 the ecu has no limits.

All good.

Those who speak otherwise about limits are ignorant.
