None of those modifications will affect the stock tune from running it satisfactorily.

manifold will require imrc delete and a slew of changes with that and to make the stock file more performance oriented. That is far beyond the capabilities of hptuners. hptuners should never be used for any ford vehicles with more than just basic modifications and shouldnt be used on any fords other than mustangs. The software is physically unable to support it by the way its designed.

You need an sct handheld or a mongoose and pcmflash to tune it how it should be tuned.

It's a p0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure is High. Never had the engine code before the shorties and the egr delete. Maybe the egr not being plugged in is causing it? Currently it's open headers with blocked off egr and solenoid not plugged in how can I post a log or. Sct file ?

Alright update p0108 engine code is due to the egr delete. Egr has a map sensor built in. Going to put it back on and that should clear it
