2003 full size PCM from a Taxi

I have located a 2003 full size luxury sedan PCM. The Ford number on it says it came from a taxi. It is 3W7A-12A650-BMA. Not that it matters because it will get reprogrammed anyway, did the taxis also have PATS switched off in them the same as PCMs out of police cars?

What is a full size pcm?
part number is useless. Cross reference the hardware code on the homepage under supported ecus to see what it is.
why would pats matter ?

Full Size Luxury Sedan EEC-V.. RZAS0 Strategy MPC-195 Hardware
Some were CNG so verify.
My guess is it will work just fine.
