In the RZASA-03-04 Marauder section, I downloaded the "MPON 200601b3b2.bin" file and opened it in Notepad to see what it looked like. It looks like a bunch of "greek" to me. Is it okay to look at files that way to see what they are made of?

No. You can corrupt the file if you hit save.
Notepad is a 'text' editor. Nothing will make sense.

bin files hare 'hex', you need a 'hex' editor to 'see what they look like'.

Or, use SAD to disassemble to see what is in there.
