Thanks a million guys. Im a little busy currently but will give this a shot when I get a chance.

Now that I'm thinking of it, SUB2 is for an E4OD trans, I converted her to a T18 4-spd manual. What all needs to change? Just the trans type scalar? Or should I go make all the drive vs neutral versions of the various tables identical too?

Finally started working with this a bit. I'm getting an error when trying to apply the ext VE table patch - it says "Patch aborted. Base value does not match."

Post the bin you're working with and I'll check it out

On second thought make sure you apply the ve patch first

Here's the bin I'm working on. So far I made changes to stock SUB2 bin to 1) change to a manual trans, and 2) change injector parameters for gen 1 coyote 34 lb/hr injectors.

It won't me apply the extended VE table patch - I'm getting an dialog box with an error message that says "Patch aborted. Base data does not match." when I click the "apply" button in the Extended VE table patch box.

Stock SUB2 bin and posted XDF work fine.
I will see if I can replicate your issue with your posted bin.

It's already applied to your bin.
For whatever reason, initial load of your bin, TunerPro doesn't recognize that it is applied.
You click apply, you get the error.
If you click remove, apply, then apply patch appears to be OK.

Maybe version conflicts with TunerPro?
I am using build 5.00.9827.00
