Need help - Fuel control issue and misfire

For anything machine shop / speed shop or engine specific. More technical than the range but not quite tuning specific.

Just built a new engine because a wrist pin failed in my original engine. Motor starts and idles fine, drives fine, but has a miss (like the engine shuts off momentairly) at 1200rpm. Worse with my tune from Deciphia, driveable with the stock tune but the misfire is persistent. It goes away above 1200rpm, and at idle. Happens with barley any throttle input, like stuck in traffic at 2mph. It does have a slight hesitation after cracking the throttle.

Checked for vac leaks. I am suspecting either spark, or fuel related. Attached is my Forscan log and a screenshot of my LTFT's that look suspect on bank 2. Help?
