Will a harness for 3650 out of a mustang gt work in a mach 1?

why wouldn't it?

Im not sure thats why i was asking. to make long story short i was looking for one and found a local guy that has a gt harness but he said he didnt think it would work. before i paid money for it i was wanting to make sure if he was right or wrong. Also why were on the mach 1 engine swap subject. I left the mark viii power steering pump on but havent got around to hooking up the lines yet. Its gonna be a few days before ill have time. The pumps have different part numbers but will the mark viii pump work on the mach? Ive searched on the web and cant find anything that gives me a answer. Id like to figure it out before i start hooking up the lines to hopefully save me some time.
