Fuel Level Gauge Readings

My fuel level indicator (in dash) has been way off since replacing the in-tank fuel pump. The response is very non-linear. So I've been attempting to correct the transfer function FN610A, but there doesn't seem to be any obvious change in needle response. Is FN610A not the correct function to "calibrate" the dash needle indication? The attached image shows the amount of correction I've made with no noticeable change.

No its mechanical not pcm controlled.

The ohms coming out the sender goes straight to the cluster.

Only way to 'calibrate' it is by wiring up resistors but if its non linear then your sender needs to be fixed.

Well that would explain it. Thank you.

yep no problem

that function is just for the ecu to know the fuel level based on the input so it can do obd2 compliance checks after a refuel and in-flight refueling etc..
