03/04 Mach 1 Knock Sensor Delete??

I bought a 03 Mach 1 roller a couple of months ago. I picked a fresh built 97 mark viii 4.6 with the teksid block and now im in the process of getting ready to install in the car. I changed the heads to 04 Aviator heads and i will retain the stock the mach intake. The question is should find a insert and use the mach knock sensors or delete them?? Also eveything that ive read says the thread pitch for the teksid block knock sensors is M12x1.50. Can anybody confirm this?
