Hello to all.
thanks to Decipher for the great tutorials / and information on his site and forum also thanks to TI Performance for there library of info.

My project started by installing a 5.0 efi Windsor v8 and 4 speed electronic auto into my XH falcon ute and the conversion donor car was a fairlane with a 6DHD eec-v 104 pin that i made a wiring adapter to connect them and tune with Sailorbob"s Def .
The electronic auto has a separate tcu to control it but there hasn't been a way of tuning the trans control unit so i started the process of disassembly after i was reading theA1C and RZASA are able to run 4 cyl 6 cyl or v8 .

Australian EF 6 cyl Falcon 4.0L eec-v 60 pin SD that has batch fire for injectors and 2 driver banks similar to A1C and runs our electronic BTR 4 speed auto .
(6DBB and HWAD3 and ETV-513 hardware for auto)
(have also run it on a 6TAA and HWAD2 ETV-512 hardware for manual)

PART 1. I have found the scalers that i think change the injector number / banks / number of pips and have it running with a original eec 6 cyl body and engine loom that i added a additional injector to each bank .
(no major cutting and splicing required just lengthen the TFI wires and ECT wires on body loom)


PART 2. I will make a base tune and post it up when i get the VE table sorted on the dyno if any one wants to do similar conversion.

PART 3. TODO make up a patch / find the pid"s to datalog .....

what is the ecc-v hardware code?

was is the eec-iv hardware code?

the 90s falcons use the same hardware code as the foxbody mustangs so people always use my a9l2 and gufx strategy to tune them

your eec-v and eec-iv hardware codes might be cross supported already by an american strategy

the 6 cyl EL is Speed Density

i see you posted it. That's not any hardware code I'm familiar with sorry.

Have you tried to run an A1C cal on it?

Attached Auto-E4OD 4L 6cyl A1C cal. See if it loads and logs. If it communicates and all the logging is functional with key on engine off then go ahead and see if it fires up.

<EDIT> Just realized your using the 6cyl ecu on the 8 cyl engine. Attached 8 cylinder a1c file too.

i wasn"t able to load the payload as i was recieving a error message .
i did start it and ran ok with your test bin also the auto trans shifted gears when 1 to 2 to 3 and 4th but was hard shifting but it probably 93LE / 97LE work differently to E4OD ( line pressure probably 100%)

my tacho is reading high with my 6DBD_50v8 bin so i still need to find the pip per rev scaler to change from 3 to 4 pips .
i have reduced my current VE by 40% to make it run nice with my 6DBD_50V8 bin .

What error message?

path failed
patch aborted. base dose not match .

i loaded the ADX then the DMA datalogging patch when apply it comes up with the error
