Does anyone know the best way to wire a 03 cobra engine into 89 mustang ?

I do not want to use Ron Francis wiring.

get an 01-03 f150 wiring harness
snatch an 03/04 luxury sedan ecu

go wire by wire and simplify it. When done you should have 3 wires. Ground, battery 12v constant power and ignition 12v.

I already have the ecu from the engine. All the harnesses that came
With it as well.

Should I still get the f150 harness or use the one that came with the donor 03 car?

use the donor one

just go through and clean it up
