thats very kind of you
I have a cheat sheet in the disassembly write up with step by step details for doing so as well.

Re: EEC V file conversion
I have a bin that i pulled off of an FLN0 pcm that I would like to run through SAD and attempt to build an XDF file for so I can understand more about how everything works. could you help me with that? I used a burn 1 and adapters and flash and burn software to pull it from the pcm. If not I understand. I am a little confused about where the filler lines are and how to actually read code. I tried to edit the REAC4 XDF in Tunerpro but it is password protected. probably for good reason. Thanks

Re: EEC V file conversion
What you asking is a huge undertaking.
Read the disassembly write up on the homepage everything you need to know is there.
It takes several years to disassemble a strategy.

Re: EEC V file conversion
I’m not asking for it to be disassembled. Just for it to be put into the order that it should be put in to start disassembly. I just don’t quite understand how to tell what exactly is filler and how to tell the start and end of the banks. The examples given don’t look like what I’m seeing in the binary editor I’m using. Maybe I should be using a different editor? Also, do I build the xdf file directly in tunerpro, or is there a different software for that?

Re: EEC V file conversion
Awesome! Thank you so much. I was following the write up and was really confused about where to go with that. So with v4.12 the order is 0189, with file size 256k for all 4 bank bins then?

SAD will disassemble other 4 bank orders and sizes.

Re: EEC V file conversion
Would you happen to have an open source xdf file that I can look at in the editor so I can get a good idea of what I’m trying to do to build one for my pcm? I’m not looking for a hand out but I’m more of a visual learner and to see an example one would help tremendously. I’m not sure when I’m disassembling when I’m putting data into the Directive file, what I’m actually supposed to be putting in there and why, also not sure if that is building the xdf file or if I then have to manually enter in all the data from the directive file into the xdf editor in tunerpro. Sorry for all the questions. I’d really like to learn this stuff and honestly think it would help in my daily job to understand this better as well. I have been tuning various vehicles for years. I get that part of it. It’s the behind the scenes things. Thanks.
