For the record, I can confirm that a (genuine) GM MDI2 CAN in fact read and write Ford EEC-V PCMs. The ones I confirmed for sure are a CDAN4 based FTE1 PCM and a FBFG2 based PTP2 PCM. That being the case, odds are it can flash anything Ford from 96 to present.
