Ran some errands today and drove it around for a few hours. Fuel stayed perfect the whole time, rarely moving beyond .03 lambda in either direction. I didnt experience any of the issues I was having before. That 02 sensor combined with a bad tps really messed with my tune. Im not sure exactly if there was something wrong with my old tune or if it was those mechanical issues but I was able to get fuel within 5% pretty much after 1 attempt. Im gonna do a little fine tuning of the maf curve and maybe mess with the manifold volume but at this point, it drives like a stock car.

I can but I am pretty sure something was wrong with the tune itself. I somehow ended up with 366cid in my old tune so the load calculations were different. I messed with the accel and decel times and tip in trying to find something that would help the lean condition. I think part of it was the 02, part of it was the tps losing connection intermittently.

One thing I can tell you for sure. The car accelerates much better in low and medium load situations and partial throttle driving is way better. I think i may have been seeing too much timing with the 366CID setting.

Well, i got to take it for a long drive on the interstate today and put a good 200 miles on it. Other than the fuel trims still needing a little work and needing to work on dashpot at really low speeds, its perfect. Not a single misfire or going lean issue all day. Even idling for long periods of time the AFR stayed stable. The car is much better to drive now. Thanks for your help Decipha!
