Speed Density Hardware (EFI-SDxxx)

Is there a list, or a specific way to know what the hardware is for when looking at the hardware code/type?
For example, I have EFI-SD48B, which came with my 351w E4OD.
Others have EFI-SD48E, which came from 460 E4OD, and I think EFI-SD47B 302 E4OD
So, is there any naming convention to the hardware?
Older ones SD2xx, newer ones SD4xx.
Also, SD40 and SD44 hardware for non-electronic or manual trans I believe.
Is there a list that defines all of them? or a naming convention?
