Here is the MTF file I was sent by kenne Bell for this car originally. When I loaded this in the car a year ago to try and turn traction control back on it set the Engine Fail Safe Mode.

Load the file in i posted and see if it still sets an etc fault

Loaded the test tune you posted. Loaded no problem. Failsafe Engine Mode still present. P2104 is gone P0600 is present. Here is a screen shot after programming and checked DTCs

p0600 isn't an ecu problem that means you have another module not working correctly. It should fire up and run albeit not happy since its not setup for any of the stuff on it.
