Low #'s Lambse Idle

Unread postby Someone82 » Thu Nov 21, 2019 7:13 pm

So I've been progressing in my tune, slowly but surely. I've been making some wot runs and I've noticed my demanded lambse at idle have gone rich and I can't figure out what has caused this, can you take a look?

Also if I export this to a CSV I see I have and INJ6_Fault. Plug looks like it's burning fuel just like the rest, any advice?

there is no injector monitoring on eec-iv thats for eec-v so you can disregard it

if the lambses have dropped at idle in closed loop to reach stoich and get the hegos to switch all of a sudden then you have an air leak

Good to know regarding the injector fault.

In regards to the "air leak", could my bypass valve be causing this? I had problems in the past with it creating lean conditions so I eliminated until I upped the boost. Its install properly after the MAF.

Ok so I double checked all my supercharge plumbing, reset some of the couplers, removed the egr and blocked it off since I've had problems in the past with them leaking. Ran a smoke test and it passed, only saw smoke from the air filter.

I'll re run and see what happens.
