calculating FN348 crank PW-ECT modifier

When modifying the default (A9L2) y axis values for FN348 ( 19/(new injector size) * (new engine size)/302=0.xxx Apply that 0.xxx correction to the entire y axis.) am I supposed to use the nominal high slope injector size I am using (80 lb/hr at 39.15lbs FP) or the FP adjusted size? Should I insert the FP adjusted high slope of 89.309 or the nominal 80 lb/hr into the equation? Does it matter? If not, please explain.

Edit: corrected FN # in title.

I read the write up section regarding cranking PW and saw that it’s common to be +/- 25% of the calculated y axis adjustment and that it’s normal to require further tuning to correct warm/hot start issues.
What other parameters can affect warm/hot start? My tune seems to need considerably more than + 25% over the calculated y axis (Msec) value to start with ECT above 180 degrees.
How much is too much in terms of Msec of cranking PW?
