Injector and MAF info

Unread postby streetstallion » Tue Jan 29, 2019 7:59 pm

My car was tuned with the wrong info. I have 42lb injectors and my tune was set up for 24s. Now my MAF is off because it thinks I’m running 24s. Can someone give me the correct data for 42lb injectors and the MAF transfer for my 95mm PMAS slotted MAF (MH95B-3000).

Thanks but I don’t know how to scale injectors and do all that tuning stuff.

Well never mind, I’m using BE and for some reason it won’t let me make any changes. Thanks anyway!

as long as its dialed in properly it won't make a difference

but if you need your actual dialed in maf transfer and your tune is dialed in with the wrong injector data its a simple fix. simply take your ACTUAL injectors high slope value and divide it by your current tunes high slope

for example if your actual high slope is 40.5 for your specific 42lb injectors and your high slope in your tune is 24 now
then do 40.5/24 == 1.6875

1.6875 is your scaling percentage, go multiply your maf flow by 1.6875 and you will have your maf transfer

this is the same thing as scaling, but with incorrect injector data you will need to adjust the maf to get it dialed back in usually down low the most as the upper portion should be pretty close after the injectors flow goes linear
