I Switched to a TVS blower with a lethal return fuel system dead head type. Car was a ported Eaton 17 psi on e50 before zero issues before the swap. I turned the mafia to 3 rescaled hi slope, low slope, break point, cubic inches and changed setting's for fuel system I still have my FRPS. Now when getting in to boost 4500-4800 the air fuel goes dead lean 20.0 and car hits a wall. I can't tell if i made a mistake in the tune or I have a fuel system issue. I have compared the new tune with the old and double checked scaling and can't find a issue.

I have the base fuel pressure set at 50 I should see 50 psi on the frps datalog regardless of weather its seeing boost or vac correct?

its not going lean thats what its commanding, see STFT is at 1.29

yep as long as manifold ref line is hooked to frps it should log delatp unless the pumps cant keep up then itll drop

looks like your using sct, post your before and after tune and ill take a look

The goal in to run 60 lbs base fuel pressure on e85 and 19-20 # or boost. Stock bottom end, stock exhaust manifolds with full exhaust

So I just want to make sure I am understating this correctly ecu is commanding .766 lambda then it commands 1.29? So its going into limp mode?

could be, you have to identify why its commanding that

you are only commanding .8 lambda at WOT, that is extremely lean for E85, you should command closer to .7 lambda, more fuel and more power and more safety

you scaled manifold volume the wrong direction

you corrupted the deltap multipliers

i kicked up engine discplacement - sarchg for you, no need to adjust it, i recommend to leave it at 4.6L

i reduced the load axis on fn2200 to offset the kicked up sarchg

no need to command open loop at only 100 ad counts, thats barely any throttle i kicked it up to 410

you turned off the egr but left the monitor on, you also disabled misfire detection

u turned off the rear o2s but didnt turn off fore aft o2 correction

no need to disable the fuel pump or change any of the fuel pump values

you hadn't dialed in fn1036 the inferred load table LWFM, you need to dial that in too, i half assed it for the time being

i changed the bp modifier to double the maf thus its reduced in half to deliver the same amount of fuel but you wont clip the maf maximum now, no need to change injector values and all that when altering the mafia just simply make the correction in the maf where it should be

i cleaned up your maf scaling, i have no idea how you can possibly dial it in the way you had it

here load this in and dial in the maf, you still need to identify why its commanding such a lean mix

Why such a change to the base fuel table and base cold fuel table? Can you please explain?

I forgot to mention I did not wire in the EVAP system next to the gas tank. Does this need to be wired back in? Or can I vent it and change the tune?
