IPSIBR vs DESMAF_PID_N

A1C calibration can be modified and configured to operate all EFI-SD4x ECUs in 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder and 8 cylinder configurations.

Your issues running A1C are why I took the time to break out J1X in the first place. I figured it could be a hardware difference that caused the difficulty.

The data logging is not perfect but you could have it set up in short order. I'd just move your ve table, timing and whatever else Michael had dialled in and give it a shot. I'll post the current xdf tomorrow.

My only concern with J1X is it's for the earlier system that uses the grey "push start" TFI module whereas my later truck uses the black computer controller dwell TFI module. You can select ignition type in A1C, but Michael said he had to patch in some code to get it to function. I'm guessing J1X wouldn't support the CCD ignition module. Despite looking similar, the two different TFI modules require some pretty significant differences in engine and chassis wiring.

What strategy is your ECU? Why don't you download it with the quarter horse and post it here so we can take a look.

SUB2 is the box code - 1995 4.9L, speed density, batch fire, federal emissions, E4OD, EEC-IV.

I'll have to go look up how to pull a stock bin.
