Coil Fire with Key on Engine off

Replaced my fuel pressure regulator and while I was testing for leaks, I heard a pop'n noise from coil. I unplugged coil and sound went away. Swapped another coil, same thing but sound was coming from dizzy. I pulled coil wire and put screwdriver in just to check if the sound I heard was spark. Sure enough, with the key on engine off I was getting constant spark fire. Swapped ignition control module and it went away. Any body else ever have this?
