Is it helpful/necessary to get an aftermarket ECU, like the subject product, for a Decipha tune, or is my stock ECU (95 Bronco, OBD 1) good?

I will add that it depends on what your long term goals/mods will be. I took the stock speed density really far with my 94 lightning but finally met the limit of it. I went pimpxshift and it is great. But I subject my stock bottom end to 800+ hp so yeah lol.

Keep the stocker
What about for boost, turbo, blowers etc.?
Still tune the same way, or does the stocker need more code to work with those power adders?

You do have the mass air ecu correct?

If so your good for 1200rwhp no problem.

It’s MAF.
I maybe should have mentioned that I’m moving from my stock 302 to a 408 or 427 stroker.
My goal is just a lot of torque for towing and off-road. I don’t need tons of HP because I never need to go much over 85 MPH, and I never take it over 5000 RPM. It’s mostly a daily driver, but it needs some “pep.”

Can my stocker adjust for dual fuel, i.e. 93 to E85 and back w/ a Decipha tune?

Can a Decipha tune also tune the transmission?
-Upshift/Downshift mapping
-Torque Converter lockup for each gear
-Line pressure adjustment for each gear
-Up-shift schedule

As far as flex fuel you can switch between the two using a flip switch no problem.

Where are you finding e85 locally?

For a driver 87 octane is fine for you.

Yes dialing in the transmission is a vital role in all tunes.
