Question about 1986 Mustang SVO PE ECU.

Are these supported in any way? Looking to use a chip with that strategy in a Merkur ECU that I have because my 86 PE ecu was destroyed in a crash. Is this possible?
Didn't know where else to post this..
Thanks in advance.

PE is T23A iirc. There's some T23B stuff on the tunerpro site from Derek back in the day but supported is limited and I don't believe he ever did any datalogging for them. Should be able to use the xdf and a bin for it.

Interesting. AFAIK the cars those strategies are a bit different than the SVO stuff. Pinouts are a bit different. Not sure if it’ll work or not. Would it be possible for me to install a QH on a known good PE and save the required files from it and install them on a chip to be installed in the Merkur computer? Make sense?

Found this. Can I used this stuff in TunerPro? Do those PE files contain everything I would need?
Excuse my ignorance. Still trying to get a handle on this stuff.

as long as the hardware code is the same then it can run the same tune no problem
no those wont work for tunerpro unless someone converts it over and creates an xdf, you can use BE though if you want to purchase it

I would only use those strats/calis as READING information only.
Nearly everything I've downloaded there does not work, the bin files have been mucked with, NOT Stock binary files.
And any of the XLS files are not up to date, have many incorrect and missing parameters.
Most of the tables and functions fall short of what should be in there, example a table that should be 12x12, will be 12x10 in the file.
I recommend don't go down that route, it will confuse you more.

If you have to swap pins for the ecu anyway why not upgrade to a newer ecu altogether?
I remember some folks using the cbaza ecus some 15+ years ago.
Seems like it would be easier and the 94/95 gt auto ecus are plentiful and cheap.
