I've used the shorties before with the same published data for the long versions with no problems.

Are deka 5 available in long versions or are you saying you used the deka 4 published data for the deka 5 injectors?

Not sure I never referred to them as 4s or 5s before. If they are the shorties I've used them before with the published data on the homepage here with no issues. Even tossed them In GMs as well with no problems.

The deka 4 shorty is not the same as the deka 5 shorty. The deka 4 has a blue tip, the deka 5 has a maroon tip (80#). Using the deka 4 data for both short and standard injectors is standard practice afaik. The deka5 has a faster response time.

I would venture a guess they he typed it.

Thats a spread sheet that automatically calculates the slopes based on fuel pressure. From what I can tell, you drop in the fuel pressure and it automatically calculates all the fields for you.

Now I see what he did. Since ive never tuned eec-v ive never used the other multipliers and didnt understand what they are. Now I see they are multipliers for the slopes, breakpoint and offset. This was the disconnect I was having. Now I can easily calculate my new settings if I set it at 60.

You've got it, just a spreadsheet I created listing the 80lb/hr injector base data I took from this website and then a simple calculating section that multiplies those base values by the compensation factor provided based on my actual fuel pressure (55 psi). If you need to do the same for 60 psi FP, the next cell down from the 55 psi (highlighted) compensation factors I used are probably the ones you'd want to use. I'm no qualified enough to tell you how the compensation values work with base injector information other than the Ford Racing ones I started with.
