HEGO1/2 Voltage High?

HEGO1/2 Voltage High?
I trying to dial in my idle and I noticed my HEGOs are giving me average reading of 1.89v(1)1.93v(2). Which seems like its high. One of them is brand new from ford, so I doubt it's the sensor. Am I just looking at it wrong?
