Gathered more bins... Also it seems like TI Performance may have developed a definition for these... they mention tuning on this webpage

There Stage 1 J3 chip includes a stock tune only, kinda pointless to get a J3 chip with a stock tune .

I agree... I was referring to this statement on the page. "We can also offer a performance tuning option for these marine engines, allowing modified camshafts to be fitted and ignition timing maps to be updated for modern fuels."
