Re: Generating a tach signal to drive stock tach?
You're correct, once again, that pin 46 is not assigned - it was on the Mustang PCM but is not on the Marauder/CV PCM. Right now, with the HSF in pin 46 and LSF in 45 and the tune adjusted to output the LSF signal on 45, I have one speed with the Marauder PCM and two with the Mustang PCM. How would I re-assign the HSF? I of course know about the LSF pin re-assignment, but I haven't seen anything related to HSF pin reassignment... Or am I missing something?

I'll add it in
move the hsf from 46 to unused pin 19 and i'll add the patch first chance i get no prob

I can do that for sure. I assume you're referring to the FBGI0 strategy? And moving it while I have the time to get all contorted (It would have been so nice if Ford put ALL PCMs and wiring in easily accessible locations lol - The Mustangs and MN12s are in a truly abysmal location) and move pins before it can be changed in the tune won't cause any issues?

Re: Generating a tach signal to drive stock tach?
I see you inverted the a/c clutch output, make sure the a/c clutch is off when the a/c is off and the clutch engages when you turn the a/c on. Otherwise if the a/c clutch is engaged with the a/c off it'll blow the high pressure relief.
Attached with pin 19/46 swapped for HSF. Do a KOEO test in forscan to verify both fan speeds function correctly and LMK.

Re: Generating a tach signal to drive stock tach?
Still only one speed (I moved the pin yesterday). When the HSF test completes. like before I can hear a relay click in the CCRM when the HSF test ends.
As for the A/C, as I recall, the function was inverted between the MN12 platform and the SN95 Platform. It doesn't really matter right now either way because the compressor is physically unplugged as some time back, something let go and it puked compressor oil onto the driveway. It probably doesn't have a charge at this point. Haven't looked into it and just made sure the compressor would not be able to engage.

if you hear the ccrm clicking but the fan isn't working are you sure your fan itself is working correctly ?

Re: Generating a tach signal to drive stock tach?
It was on the Mustang PCM prior to changes and also after moving the LSF to 45 (and accounting for that in the tune). After swapping the Marauder PCM in using he same tune (and the LSF on 45 and HSF on 46), I heard the same click when stopping the HSF test. I won't likely be able to re-verify the pin location to make sure I didn't manage to mess up and put it somewhere other than 19 or put it back to 46 for validation with the Mustang PCM due to weather that's expected here, but any tune changes are no problem.
