I found an f3v2 and closed the outer pads. Neither bins work. I am not sure if what else to try. Do I have to inject the VIN into these bins? theft light goes off but no instrument gauges initialize. Crank no-start.
Not sure how the internal ROM gets corrupted but here is what the QH read out.

It is blank, with nothing but garbage so you're correct. It is corrupt but that can mean a few things. QH good? Powering up correctly on ECU? J3card edge clean?
