0xF234 is whats in the open source cbaza xdf
Looks like someone put it there back in 2006.

That address does not appear to be used anywhere in the code. It is also at the start of the transmission related parameters so I suspect if it were used then it would be for something transmission related.

All I can offer at this point is that THBP2 shows up in the list of scalars, in Binary Editor and TunerPro, in every stock, CBAZA bin I have opened.

Thanks to Mike G I can confirm the scalar at 0xF234 is 'WOT Enrichment Threshold' (aka HWOTBP). It is probably an orphan left over from the strategy development.

I do not think the information came from a strategy document as they do not give parameter size, sign, address and scaling which was provided.

I have heard of Ford using a 'VRF' file for this but not an 'A2L'. I thought the latter was 3rd party produced.

Nope comes directly from ford. Its usually in a .ati file extension.
