340 pump will only support 600rwhp on e85. With that and a 190 he will be maxing them out at his 750 rwhp.
400hp is nothing for a 190 pump.
All of this is in the pre tune info

I had a similar issue until I went to heavier gauge wiring from the battery to the pump. I now get a good 14v at the pump.
As an example; I ran a 190lph pump on a 400hp 347 with 34lb injectors. I never ran out of fuel.
The problem isnt the fact I have dual pumps. The second pump is only in use when in boost above 3psi which is 5% of total driving and 0% when cruising on the highway. A single 340lph was boiling the fuel after a few hour drive. With the stock system and a 340lph, the problem is circulating a full tank of gas through the fuel pump and engine compartment 5x an hour and as fuel is consumed, that goes up. I solved some of the problem by moving the regulator to the rear. Now I am mainly picking up heat from the pump and a little from the exhaust. if I can reduce the amount of fuel being circulated through the pump, the heat should be further reduced helping to maintain a more stable fuel density. I think im going to try out a 155lph as the main pump for now, Im not sure how long it will be before I switch to e85.
