I'm going from return less fuel to return style fuel system in my 03 Cobra (tuning for E 85)
Also, I will not be running the FRPS... What changes do I make in the tune to run return style fuel system without the FRPS?
Thank you
MB

Re: Going from return less fuel to return style
Thats a very stupid idea.
The FRPS will save the engine if fuel pressure drops which is the #1 cause of all engine failures.
In any case its all on the homepage under tips

Re: Going from return less fuel to return style
Well then, I had no idea. Since you put it that way.
I appreciate your input!!! I will NOT be running my new engine without the FRPS
Thanks MB
BTW Dumb question, if FRPS see low fuel pressure how does it saves the motor?
The car is new to me, and I notice that there is no FPDM and obviously no FRPS The pumps are wired to two relays one for each pump. The grean/yellow wire is used to trigger the two relays. Should I I also install a FPDM?
Just what to do the right thing.
Thank MB

Re: Going from return less fuel to return style
The deltap multipliers compensate for the new fuel pressure.
Nope no FPDM needed as thats for controlling pump voltage which isnt needed sinxe your return style.

Ok then, that makes sense No need for the FPDM. But I will need to install a FRPS... Correct?
Thank you for your help...

Re: Going from return less fuel to return style
fpdm is the pump voltage controller
frps is the rail pressure sensor
two different entities.
yes you want a frps if you have the option
