As I understand it the EPA has shutdown several tuners like COBB. Moates has no tuning hardware to sell for Ford anymore either.

Practically impossible to find any Quarterhorse, F3 and jaybird right now. I know this is for obd 2, but how about switching to a newer ECM and repining a bit and tuning with this..

Fortunately I got my QH and an extra F3v2 chip a few months before they listed everything out of stock :)
