Hope all has a good one and stop for a moment and appreciate all thats been to make this day possible.

BBQ is the standard and to no surprise im on grill duty. I got some lump coal from the good charcoal company and I wouldnt recommend it on its own. Ive already had some burgera on the grill now over an hour and had to take them off twice to reignite as it was getting too cold. If you do use the wood chips crap Id recommend mixing in some actual coal and put a blower on the inlet.

In any case hope you all have a good fourth.
