Do you have any exhaust leaks? Fresh air getting into the exhaust could cause it... You can swap the oxygen sensors from side to side to see if the problem follows. You could have a lazy o2.

just noticed the graph in the first pic says the car has only been running for 11 second. Wait until it's warm. Oxygen sensors aren't accurate until they get warm, 11 second isn't enough yet. How do they react at operating temp?
