Since the catalytic converter and muffler are missing on the F53, obviously i need to reinstall them.
I'd like to get a generic cat if cheaper, but i dont know how to size it.
I'm considering supercharging the engine (some day), so i'd like to take a holistic approach to the exhaust system. "Tuning" if you will.
1) how close to the Y do i want the cat?
2) what size tubing for proper throughput?
3) exhaust manifold recommendations.
4) i'd like an efficient muffler. One that is high[er] performance, but as quiet as possible.

you want the cat as close to the header as possible, you don't need any after the Y

nah on the other side of the y would be most fine unless you wanted to run two resonators which wouldn't be necessary.
