Seemingly timed lean out periods

Not sure what could be causing this. I have always noticed a lean out period every 30 seconds or so. Is this normal or an issue with my tune? Black line is O2 Voltage.

FYI this gasoline tune is rough as its not my daily tune. Just working on getting the gas tune dialed so I can switch fuels on the fly if E85 is not available.
