did you click the connect button at the top of tuner pro? You have to tell tuner pro to connect to the Moates. The icon looks like an old printer cable. I think there is a tunerpro write up on here somewhere.

edit: http://www.efidynotuning.com/started.htm Go down to the writing to the quarterhorse section. It shows the button I was talking about. If you havent already read that over, you should.

I have attached the latest driver. You will need extract the zip and manually select the extracted files in the update driver wizard. I believe a second device appears after you install the first one. Follow the wizard a second time and point it to the same folder.

2001 Ford Lightning SVT F-150 stock engine w/ inlet ported M112, GT500 rollers, ARP head studs, metco quick change upper pulley with stock sized upper, K&N intake system, bassani SS exhaust system from the stock manifold flanges back. 4x4 trans oil pan. SSBC big brakes 14” up front. Work/Street truck. My “next to build” with trick flow heads (before extinction) with h-beams & cobra jet crank (sitting in tool box) and proper pistons. Next up after the marauder is dialed in.

You’re going to have to download the ftdi driver software for whichever machine you choose to use. Also reference the getting started write up to make sure tuner pro RT settings are all correct as outlined.

Yes I will double check settings, and did try the connect button. I've been using tunerpro for years now but the new laptop doesn't like it. My work IT guy erased tunerpro without telling me. With that said I want to use something other than the work tablet.
